I wrote about this a couple of weeks ago at PhoneDog, and according to Information Week, I called it. HTC’s Lancaster and the Motorola Heron are vaporware; doomed to go down with the Kogan Agora as QVGA fumbles that Android doesnt support.
Ed Hansberry of IW only says that “AT&T just rejected the devices claiming they were out of date,” as did his source, thestreet.com. But we know what happened to these ill-equipped little buggers. Hopefully AT&T’s got their next few droids (?) properly worked out.
