How to: 10MB Hack on Rooted G1

In this tutorial, Carlos Graves shows how to apply the 10MB hack for Cyanogen ROMs. (Follow at your own risk!)

Commands:

$su [enter]
#flash_image boot /sdcard/boot.img [enter]
#reboot [enter]

    This is totally worth it for anyone running Cyanogen already. I was really surprised at the speed/response boost.

    please help have been trying and i keep getting an error message saying cant open directory or cant find.

    did this on a g1 running 5.0.7 and it majorly cocked up the phone. wont get past the initial boot screen
