This phone is 100% worth the money (I bought two). There are Live Wallpaper apps already on the market you should check out this video of one called Digital Rain. I don’t know why everybody is crying about that it doesn’t have multitouch theres an app for that :) . I used the HTC Sense rom for 4 months and this is way better. Also you might want to install the Sense keyboard.

You should do it. I got mine yesterday and rooting was incredibly easy. There really isn't too much that could go wrong. Besides, you have to have root to run the Nexus One “Torch” application, which turns the LED flash into a flashlight (or torch, as they say in foreign places). And that is reason enough.
