Milestone in Canada by the end of the month?

Motorola’s muti-touchin’ Milestone is known to be headed for the Canadian Telus in Q1 of 2010, but Engadget Mobile has “now heard” (no further info) that the official launch date will be January 26th. What’s interesting to me about this is that the phone will run on AT&T’s 3G bands, which should put this phone on the top of your list if you’re an AT&T subscriber. It won’t have Google Maps with navigation installed, but that should be downloadable from the Market, yes? If not, there’s a hack for that. As for US Droid owners who want multi-touch, there’s always root.

Really good customizable alternative for the AT&T folk.
