With the launch of the long awaited, long fabled, much anticipated Google phone aka Nexus one less than 2 days away does anyone have any earth shattering predictions? I have a couple I’d like to throw out there to get us through the lull. Prediction 1.) The Nexus one will not live up to the hype that people have set for it. It will be crazy quick and have a great form factor, but it won’t be that phone that the android community has longed for. Prediction 2.) The mytouch 3G and G1 will get modified versions of android 2.1. Prediction 3.) The nexus one will not sell as well as Google wants it to and more people will wait to buy instead of rushing the door on release day. Prediction 4.) We will all be waiting with great anticipation on Tuesday to see what Google announces and it will leave us all with a lot to talk about for the rest of the week.
