It seems that the problem is with how the phone is being manufactured and sold. Being a Google branded and sold device, but built by HTC there is the issue of who is responsible for customer service complaints about the device, it seems that this was not addressed appropriately by Google before they decided to sell a phone direct to the public, but I think that as time goes along, and if they sell devices in the future in the manner we will see an improvement in the customer service for the devices. The existing version is loaded with problems that GOOGLE is ignoring and refuses to fix. Worst customer service I have ever had. The media is also ignoring the problems and refuses to report on them. Verizon is CDMA and AT&T is GSM.<br><br>The N1 for T-Mo will work on AT&T though, but will only get Edge, no 3G.
