The Compaq AirLife 100 looks pretty slick with its cloudy hue, and it has me wondering if the Android we’ll see over the coming year will shake out to be a better netbook fit than the Android we’ve seen chugging along on mini-laps in the past. This one will be released exclusively through Telefónica in Europe and it’s not clear what availability will be like throughout the rest of the world.
The book features a 10.1″ resistive touch screen, 16 GB solid state internal storage, and an SD card slot. *Shrug* It’s cute.
EDIT: I’m told I should be using the term smartbook because of the Snapdragon processor and 3G connectivity. From now on, they’re all just paperless books to me. That’s a bit flippant. I admit I’d like to give one a go.
