HTC Incredible caught in the wild with Android 2.1 and Snapdragon

The guys over at PocketNow have spent some quality time with the HTC Incredible, and managed to get us some photos, a video by Mr. ShakyCam and some details. It’s packing a Snapdragon CPU, Android 2.1 goodness with Sense UI, 256MB of RAM, optical mouse pointer, and dual LED flash. The screen is somewhere between 3.6 and 3.7 inches, with WVGA resolution and AMOLED. Sounds like winner to me, althought some Hero users are going to be pissed if this comes with 2.1 and they’re still stuck on 1.5.

Too awesome. This is far more attractive than the Bravo, but if the screen is not OLED, then I am not interested. Based on the video, it should be AMOLED though. HTC has some wicked releases coming up. Motorola better watch out.

Looks very nice but only 256mb of RAM. I think they should have went with 512 or more just to make it more snappy since it multitasks.Still looks amazing and 1ghz with Sense = Win and add Verizon to it, you got the best phone out imo.
