the alpha 19 is a nice rom there is another version of the desire rom created by kingklick and it is very similar but it is overclocked to 1.113ghz you can find it on xda-developers.com this one is very fast but i suggest getting the htc_ime.apkv19 update and flash it on the kingklick desire rom cause the voice search doesn’t work but with the HTC_IMEv19.apk update it works great

hey carlos i sure you already know about this but in case you don't over at xda kingklick has a version of this and it is pretty much the same but kingklicks version is overclocked and comes with his custom wallpaper, one thing about kings version the voice search doesn't work but in the themes and apps section at xda for n1 there is an update version 19 of the sense keyboard that fixes the problem and on kings version you get the sound on the boot screen.

when us DROID users get our ese81 (2.1) update….. will we be able to use this?

  7. Carlos Graves says:

Not unless it gets ported to the Droid. The framework on the Droid is different from the Nexus One's framework, so they would not be able to work on the Droid AND Nexus One even if the Droid had 2.1
