At the recent Mind Body Spirit Festival, I helped four different people with Whiplash. Whiplash is an injury caused when the head snaps forward and then back again and is most often associated with a rear-end collision in a motor vehicle. Symptoms reported by sufferers of Whiplash include: pain and aching to the neck and back, referred pain to the shoulders, sensory disturbance (such as pins and needles) to the arms & legs and headaches. Often the injury victim is surprised to receive a bill from their health insurance company following the settlement. The bill is often equal to or greater than the settlement. Sometimes the injury victim discovers that significant medical treatment is required such as a surgery and then attempts to renegotiate with the insurance company and is quickly rebuffed. Sometimes insurance companies keep promising that a good personal injury settlement will follow and keep making the promise until there only a few weeks remaining before the statute of limitations runs out. The victim then receives a letter advising the statute of limitations will run out in two weeks. The same personal injury settlement promises continue, until the statute of limitations runs out. Meaning the victim has lost the right to file a personal injury lawsuit, because too much time has lapsed.

Dear John I am having problems to get some sympathy or function advice from HTC or on the web. I have a HTC HD2 I like most features but 2 most frustrating major pit-falls are that I CANNOT put an END date on a repeated appointment. This is particularly BAD as I am a business person and all my daily life is about making and completing tasks and dealines and I also find I CANNOT repeat the same client's job day on other days of the week and CANNOT copy and paste to another day; HOW STUPID & frustrating for me! 2nd issue if I have 3 contacts for the same company I cannot include them on the same client contact page; what kind of tool in the 21st Century!? Pls help if you can! Bill

I'm sorry, but this entry is pointless. You say your parents won't buy you a phone, why would they suddenly pay for service if you got an expensive phone that requires expensive service?! Also, android phones make horrible iPods! My friend absolutely hates listening to music on it, and from what I've seen the interface really does suck. Giving you a phone would be a waste of so much money.

well, i'm not going to give you a sob story or an i need this phone because my life is incomplete without it story. I am just a really huge fan of Verizon, HTC, and Android! I am extremely interested in smart phones, and would love it if i could win this phone! I think what makes me stand out, is the fact that i am 15, and was signing myself up for this contest at school when my phone got confiscated. Now that is some serious love and sacrifice for the incredible! so i hope i get some Incredible Luck and get the HTC droid Incredible!!! thanks

The Droid Incredible has amazing reviews. Right now, I have a Blackberry Storm. I can't even begin to tell you the problems I've had with the Storm. I can't seem to make phone calls half the time. (Isn't that what a phone is for?) It is nearly impossible to type on! The phone resets itself a few times a month. I can go on and on. I am dreaming of having the Droid Incredible one day! I NEED the incredible because I have been dreaming of a day when I would be able to finally have a touch screen phone. I ran to my local verizon store and spent hours playing on it yesterday. I fell in love with this sexy phone from the big V. Please pick me! I would buy this phone if only I was eligible for an upgrade but alas I'm stuck with a blue berry-uh, I mean black berry. :/ This entry is probably very late but I would jump for joy if I made the deadline. I would even do the funky chicken if I won! :D

First a little back story. I have a one year old boy, junior, but he's not your typical one year old. Junior is 30 feet tall and has a voracious appetite. How did this happen? Well its a classic story of baby finds nuclear waste, baby falls in nuclear waste, baby mutates in to giant eating machine. Since his "accident" junior has eaten everything, leveled my house and ever since junior got out, seen here, we now live in and under ground missile silo surrounded by soldiers and tanks that wont let any of us leave. Which leaves me here on the internet trolling for supplies. I will use this phone as the brain for my robot that I have built out of mega blocks (those big legos for babies) and Tonka trucks. With this robot junior and I will finally be able to escape to an island in the pacific.

The reason I want/need the New DROID Incredible is because I have had my phone (blackberry curve 8330) for about 2 years now and I want to switch to the Moto DROID but with me being unemployed I cant afford the upgrade right now. Ever since I saw the video on phonedog.com I was fascinated by this phone the sleek design and amazing things it can do. Another thing that interest me is the Android OS ever since it came to Verizon I knew I had to try it out. Well thats my reasoning and I want to thank the people at Droiddog and Phonedog for making my phone decision making much easier!

Droiddog I'm a big fan of both you're site and android. I had a motorola droid and absolutely loved it although it malfunctioned and broke. I had purchased the phone at best buy with a warranty and they would not replace the phone. Unfortunately, this puts me between a rock and a hard place because i cannot buy a new droid myself and I have hard time adjusting to my life without a phone that can properly handle e-mail and other tasks that are important for a person's work life. A new droid incredible would be a huge help, so please droiddog help me out.

Hello. I am a lowly technical writing intern. I just recently relocated from FL to VA. I have never lived outside of FL and I have NO IDEA where anything is, except the sub-par grocery store across the street and work. Yes I do have a cell phone, but it is a glitchy LG enV Touch that likes to reboot, lock-up and not respond. So in order to use the GPS I have to pay $2.99 each time (did I mention the lowly intern part?). Yes I realized this when I signed up, however, when I originally signed up I was not lost in the middle of VA. Now if I had the Droid Incredible, I would never be lost with the Google maps app and would not go into the poor-house in my directional guidance. I would be INCREDIBLY thankful and grateful if you selected me as the recipient of the Droid Incredible. Now watch as I updated my Facebook status :o) .

well i want the incredible no need it for alot of reasons windows mobile is just not as nice as android anymore and the way that phone was made its a dream come true i cant afford it sinice i just had a babe and times are hard with the economy and since tp2 i got was my moms that she gave me yea she had a better phone then me i was still using the old white lg chocolate but i would really love that phone its an amazing device with android and sence i have been interested in trying android for quite some time but haven't been able to since again really have had no say in what phone i have for a while but thanks in advance good luck to anyone else have fun take care all

I want a Droid Incredible because I'm tired of my G1 breaking freezing and I'm right now stuck with it for another two years because my girlfriend used my upgrade in December for a Blackberry Bold 9700. When I first got my G1 I was dying to get it my options were to either switch over to AT&T and get the Iphone 3G or get the new T-Mobile G1 from T-Mobile. Now I look at all the Iphone users and at least 75% of them are snobby and like to brag about what the Iphone can do and when my phone freezes and my friend who has an Iphone 3Gs is next to me starts bragging and saying wow your phone sucks and I just don't respond saying only if I had that 1GHz Snapdragon processor with HTC Sense UI I would be able to shut his snobby self-up. I had seen great videos about android and I was willing to give android the benefit of the doubt and I am impressed in how much the android software has grown, from the Vanilla home screen and the 528MHz processor to the HTC Sense UI with a 1GHz Snapdragon Processor. If I were to win the HTC Incredible I could finally use that beast HTC Sense UI and I can finally use a phone a 1GHz Snapdragon processor, plus I can use android not that HTC HD2 that has Windows Mobile on it. I was looking to get the HTC Desire but I haven't seen anything about it hitting the states. I know the Incredible is for Verizon but I would find a way to switch over to Verizon Wireless so I can use this Beast. I'm just overtaken on how amazing and beastly Android is and is going to be in the future and I think this phone just pwns the HTC HD2. Well I hope you find my cause worthy enough to win this phone and I hope that I can really show off to Iphone users what android is really about so they can stop making fun of my T-Mobile G1 who just about outdated.

I'm an organizer living in Chicago. I help empower people to stand up for what they believe in to make their lives better. I use my G1 to do EVERYTHING it takes to get my job done: I send emails and text messages, I coordinate travel schedules, I moderate an email list serve, and I manage endless appointments to talk with people about how they can work together to make their lives better. I could do all of this SO MUCH FASTER with the Droid Incredible! Every moment I wait for the G1 to catch up with what I'm trying to do is a moment that should be spent making change wasted. Also, as someone involved in a social movement, I also believe in Open Source software, and Android is as close as we have on mainstream phones to a truly open, extensible, free (as in speech) operating system. Open software means freedom, and I'm trying to do my part to make sure that the future is free.The droid incredible would help me help people fight for freedom, justice, and what is right.

I'd love to have HTC incredible from Verizon wireless, it released at April 29th, 2010, which is also my birthday. From 29th day on, I am 22 years old. I have been US for 3 years since 2007, I changed from ATT to Verizon, because this sign looks same as Nike. I never use the Android Mobile OS and HTC phone. I would like to have shot on Android and HTC phone, even though I will not get a phone from Phonedog Giveaway. I have notice this phone since March, and I was really excited while I know it will released at my Birthday date. The incredible phone has much more function I’d like to try, like 8 megapixel camera and HTC sense UI. That is a incredible Phone from Verizon, I saw the almost every unbox and basic review and full review video from YouTube. And I cannot wait to upgrade to that until my contract could legally in August of this year. I really appreciate Phonedog and Droid dog. macrocj

Just discovered this site and want to applaud the review on the HTC Incredible. My interest is a unique one. My wife is a bit of a non believer when it comes top tech stuff. I have recently got her interested in a mobile phone after getting her to start using a personal computer about a month ago. The incredible challenge I have is to now convince her to use a phone like her computer. When I saw your video review, it seems that the Incredible by Verizonwireless will be perfect for the challenge. She is not impressed with my current phone and since her Birthday is coming soon, I thought a new Incredible phone will make a great gift and a nice teaching platform to impress how mobile has come a long way. Keep up the great job of reviewing.

I need the HTC Droid Incredible because I currently have the Droid Eris and it's slowing dying on me. My speaker doesn't work, it keeps shutting down on me and I don't have a clue what's going on with it freezing up on me constantly. I don't have insurance on the phone and can't upgrade to a new phone with Verizon. I loooove Droid phones and would like to stay with the Droid family. Please pick me!!! Pretty please with sugar on top? :)

I NEED this phone. Im currently stuck with an old piece of junk env2. My parents can't and won;t buy me a new phone and I can't get a job anywhere. My contract won't be up for a long time and I can't get an upgrade for longer. My parents don't let me do much and I can never go places with friends. I need a phone to keep the little social life I have right now and this phone is perfect for that. I have to win this phone.

One thing I forgot to mention is that my current phone is the Samsung Intensity. It is so awful. The call quality is worse than any phone I've used in my 24 years on this planet. I have to ask people to repeat themselves at least a few times every conversation, and they tend to think I'm just not paying attention. That really does not work out too well, but it was all I could afford when I dropped my super old LG VX9800 (I called it the hot dog bun) in a large amount of ginger ale. That was a rough time. I ended up in the hospital with norovirus and lost my good old reliable cellphone at the same time. Anyway, in terms of just the phone. I'd really love to have a phone with great call quality, especially considering how poor this Samsung's is.Thanks for reading :) - Paul

I am needing a new phone that I can trust to replace my pos LG phone that sometimes will charge and sometimes not change. The charge jack on this LG phone is a very poor design and if you just look at the plug on the phone when the phone is charging it will stop charging.I need the new phone so that when my wife goes into labot with our child I can get the phone call. I love the podcasts and I have been waiting for the best phone to get for my use and this looks like the best one todate.Stephen

The reason why I should win this phone is simple. I'm tired of getting turned down at the club when I whip out my Motorola Krzr. It's just sad and pathetic that I can't swipe text the ladies numbers into the phone and that it takes 10 years to enter in a name. Gotta increase my chances of getting... um well, you know by getting those numbers quick. And not to mention the look and the hotties faces when I whip that thing out... the Incredible I mean!!! My brother is a bit of a tool. He is constantly loosing his cell phone and as a result he becomes unreachable for days until he gets another cheapo flip phone. If I win this Incredible, I am going to give it to him so he will have a phone worth caring about and will be a little more diligent in remembering where he left it.Alternatively, I might give it to my dad because he is in love with my Nexus One and on VZW's network (his dreams were a little crushed when he heard the N1 wasn't coming).Help me, help a brother out!

I could really use a incredible new phone. Right now I am stuck with a Env Touch that likes to shut off by itself and countless other problems. I have been watching every post and video of this phone and I absolutely love it. My contract isn't up for a while so this is the only way I could get this phone. All I can say is you guys rock!!! This would actually be for my wonderful and amazing father!...he is a very busy guy..great to his employees and just gets ALOT of emails on his current PEEK device..this device is only for email/texting..its really getting overloaded..and his actual cellphone is a prepayphone..so I know he needs something to handle his busy life with ease and simplicity..Dad...this is for you! ;-)

Ok, I don't want this to sound like a sap story, but here it goes.I'd love to have the Incredible because 1) I can't afford one on my own right now (laid-off due to CA Economy), 2) I am actually a VZW Customer and would USE the device instead of selling it like many will, and 3) It would most definitely help me find work while on the go, and keep me occupied on those painfully boring and long unemployed days....And that is all! :)

I'm currently running with the Droid Eris. If that's not bad enough, I actually SELL these phones, and from now on, day in and day out, I've gotta look at the Incredible's amazing screen, experience its mind-blowing quickness, and then cry myself to sleep at night waiting for my 2.1 update. Please help remove me from my torture.

I guess it just comes down to who wants it more. I could give you my sob story about being unemployed for over a year and how life has been hard and that winning a new phone would brighten up my year. but I don't think that that is necessary. Thanks, I chose to keep it short so as not to waste the readers time. Especially after that super long essay right before it. To your first point, I wouldn't call it all of a sudden. I've been writing poetry for about 5 years on and off. Not to mention receiving several awards from poetry.com and the like...
