Check it out: for $55 you can now order Google’s official car dock (just click on “get your phone” and scroll down to accessories) for the Nexus One. It features a built-in speaker, volume controls, and Bluetooth connectivity. The Car Home app automatically loads when you snap your phone into this charging device, which can be mounted to the windshield or dash, making for easy navigation, voice calling, and searches.

You cannot use a bluetooth headset once the Nexus One is inserted in this dock! This is a deal breaker for this kid. Amazing.
You are incorrect. You can use it either way. Read the manual: “When the phone is in the dock, you can use the dock as a hands-free speakerphone or use a Bluetooth headset, depending on the setting you picked when you inserted the phone in the dock.”
This is great just got it and it is really nice, it has a car charging adapter and built in speaker, a definite must have.
