i think it's only for 2.1 phones.. but i have it on my rooted G1 running Cyanogen5.0.7Test5btw, Carlos, they released an update today that adds a home button on the launcher, along with some other things.. you can check out the changelog here: http://www.launcherpro.com/

Having a home button in the launcher is retardedly redundant when you can just press the capacitive home button... which is right there... right next to the "would be" home button in the launcher

I don't have the issue of LauncherPro going into the screen preview mode when returning to home from messenger...

Carlos, I think if you challenged yourself to keep your reviews at 3 minutes they'd be much more helpful. You cover some great info, but I feel like sometimes you stay on the same point for a bit too long... like the testing of the home button bug coming out of messaging on the review rather than before it. But your info is great, keep up the good work!

Going from messaging to Home via the home button is not doing the card view for me. That's weird on your device.

you got 2 buttons on your phone that will take you back from from the apps screen, why would you need another way to go back to home screen? other than that, good review

I cant seem to find this on my G1 market place, I type in " LauncherPro Beta " and comes up as doesnt exist or you know what I mean

i have the eris with 2.1 i down loaded it and didnt have the htc sence any more

I have the Droid Eris running the third version of the 2.1 leak and I am currently running this launcher. I love it so far. Way smooth. I did notice that my phone does not go to the screen tiles when I press the home button like your Nexus, Carlos. It goes to my home screen like it should. I also have the "leap" function where you pinch to zoom to see all your screens just like Sense UI. Not sure why mine works how it should and yours is acting all weird. That would drive me nuts! Does anyone else out there see that it is working fine? Did I just get lucky?

really cool launcher been using for like a day... really would be cool to have a home button on the app drawer but the home button to the screen is probably your phone cause mine doesn't do it with any app(or msg app i have the samsung moment) but if i press it twice it does so i guess is just a bug on your nexus

carlos the home screen thing may be just a bug and is fixed now i just downloaded it and tried out all apps and the micro buttons with home and it didnt do the sense style zoom out thing, another option as irvin said is it may be phone specific.Im running the moto droid with blackdroids ud10 update

This thing is blazing fast. Blows Helix out of the water. Customizable static icons would be nice. Funny though mine doesn't go into the screen preview mode when pressing home on any app that I have tried yet.

Hmm, Im using the Sprint Hero, and I dont experience the select screen when pushing home. Maybe its a "phone model specific" bug? Mine seems to run perfectly.
