Dell Streak will retail at $549, $299 on contract
Remember that brief slip where Dell took down their pre-order page and posed, in its place, a notice on straight purchases? I didn’t catch it, but Engadget did, and price tags were revealed.
If you get the device with a new contract from AT&T, be prepared to shell out $300. If you’re going straight cash, bring $550 with you. I’m curious how many of you are stoked enough about this product (from a mobile phone freshman) to drop that kind of scratch. The leak also said that pre-orderers (those who filled out the form between the 20th and today) will be getting those emails with links to purchase starting….now. So, it’s nearly time to put your money where your mouse is. Takers? Leave a comment.

no t-mo. so no go for me! Ashame. :(
at&t really should try being better than they are now, or they'll NEVER be able to match the top tier carriers(Verizon, T-mobile, Sprint)
Fix the crappy service, copy verizon's 1 year contracts, and MAYBE they might move out from the bottom rung and back onto the middle tier.
