Wow. I honestly didn’t think we’d ever see or hear about this device again, and yet, here we are. It’s been almost 6 months since we last heard from Lumigon about their elegant T9 sporting T1. The new release window for the device has been pegged at October 20th, but hey, this device is so sexy… It’s almost OK that it still won’t launch for another 3 months. The specs still look the same, which at this point in the game, is rather lack-luster now:
“480 x 320 resolution 3.2-inch capacitive touchscreen, a Freescale 1Ghz i.MX51 processor, a 5MP camera with flash and some 720p video output goodness thrown in. WiFi, A-GPS, accelerometer, and Bluetooth are also included.”
Pre-order for the T1 will begin September 20th, just one month shy of launch. So now that we have the T1 cleared up, what about the S1 and E1? Would anyone out there use an Android device with a T9 keypad? It may be weird at first, but I definitely like the looks of it.
