Motorola MB710 passes FCC

It always nice to see a familiar face pass through the FCC every now and then, even if it does feel like it’s a few months late. The Motorola MB710 has gone through many phases before passing the FCC with T-Mobile 3G under it’s current name; The Motoroi, XT701 (which I believe is the same thing as the Motoroi), XT720 (slightly beefed up specs)… speaking of the XT720, that’s what the MB710 was going by last time it was being sold by eXpansys with T-Mo 3G just under a month ago. According to the user manual accompanying the FCC filing, the MB710′s specs are looking like this:
MOTOBLUR
3.5mm headset jack
Wi-Fi
GPS
Bluetooth
microSD support
8 megapixel camera with xenon flash
Processor speed and memory have been known to change with the different models of this device floating around, but expect them to be around 600mhz – 800mhz for the processor, and 256MB – 512MB RAM/ROM. Still no firm word on release date and pricing information. Now that the cat is out of the bag, look for more details to come shortly.
