Before I jump into this post, I want to say something heartfelt to you all. Please, do not let things like this rumor deter you from buying a new phone right now. No matter what, there will always be something bigger and better right down the road. With the way Android and technology is progressing… There’s not much you can do but hold on and enjoy what you have. Moving on.

Right before the release of several US Galaxy S series devices, Samsung lets some info slide on what is being billed as the Samsung Galaxy 2. What kind of specs qualify a device to be the follow up of a monster like the Galaxy S?

2GHz CPU, 1GB RAM/4GB ROM
32GB of built-in flash memory, +32GB microSD card slot
8 megapixel camera with FullHD video recording

Truly a worthy successor. Samsung has made the statement recently that it’s looking to double it’s smart-phone market share. Now I’m no analyst, but this has got to be the way to do it.
