White EVO cometh UPDATE: video
Oh well hello HTC EVO in white. Surprised to see you so early. Some Best Buy employees across the country are confirming that they have indeed started receiving the HTC EVO in white; perfect timing for the July 11th release. It would be nice if they started selling them early like they did with that Samsung Intercept, I’m sure at least a few of you out there… oh wait. They did. Although it’s not 100% confirmed, word on Twitter is they have been going out. Look for an update to this story ASAP. In the meantime, check out the sexy picture below. I got mine yesterday! I only pre-ordered the white one because the wait list at my local BB for the black one was even longer! I like having the white back and the black still on the bezel - it would look like a toy if it were all white (as I think the white iPhone does). Something you may notice - the all black phone has a back with a slightly rubberized grip. The white back is shiny and slick.
