HTC’s Froyo OTA for EVO floating around

Downloaded last night. The only feature that is not working for me is apps2sd. @ settings>applications>manage applications>Selecting Desired App, the Move to SD card is disabled. Is any one else having this problem?

you when to firmware updates.. you should have went to htc system updates for the OTA.. thats why u got the message..

I dont know about people who installed the early update but I had to go to HTC update not firmware update i the settings

it's not under firmware update, it's listed and accessed under the htc updates in the same section.

actually is the one that said HTC updates i think and it dowloads:)

Cool i got mine yesterday on desire in UK EXCELLENT! but i must say my battery dont seem like its improved which was one of the features in 2.2 oh and i get the odd connection error when going the web via 3g. might be my network? but its only starte doing it after 2.2 so????.

What will this update do.. I was pumped about it b4 because I thought I was going to be able to tether but they took it away so what will it do now besides the flashlight app and app sharing?

you actually goto setting>system updates> HTC software updates and not the firmware update, but it's simply amazing, everything is smooth and fast. The new widgets are awesome, and alot if not all the new features are amazing, really digging the new texting additions

Had mine downloaded and running by 1720 hours PDST. I don't see any new widgets yet there is a flashlight app.

i was impatient too and uploaded the unofficial now I cant update....sucks big time! I'm updating my wifes now she's all froyo'd up! hopefully they'll have an update for the early adopters.
