You may have noticed that an increasingly popular Android application has been shown off on a lot of new phones to give you an idea of the device’s raw processing power in comparison to others in its class. This application is the Quadrant Standard benchmarking application. Overall it can be described as a CPU, I/O, and 3G graphics benchmark, and requires a GPU to work flawlessly. This video walkthrough will hopefully elaborate on what exactly this stress test does to your phone and will give you a better idea of how to keep track of what is going on while the benchmark is taking place. why so low? 986? are you running Froyo? i didnt think 400 mhz would make that much difference but my OC droid @ 1200 w Froyo was at 1467.. not gloating or anything ppl have gotten higher but i just thought that was strange..
