Amazon selling all AT&T Androids for $0.01 this weekend

Amazon.com is hoping to grab your attention before you start that list of places to shop on Black Friday, which falls on the 26th this year. The online giant has knocked the price tags on two handfulls of Android devices down to just one cent with a two year agreement. Every single AT&T Android is on the list, and a grip from other carriers made the cut as well. So take a gander at the Android offerings over at Amazon Wireless, because the sale ends this Monday, the 15th.

Motorola’s Backflip, Bravo, Incredible, Flipout, Flipside, Droid 2; Sony Ericsson’s X10, and others are included. But get moving; the sale is working, and fast.

FABULOUS deal. My contract isn't up with Verizon for another two weeks, though, so it doesn't do me a whole lot of good unless I want to pay a cancelation fee. :oP Blech.

Activate now and in two weeks port your number. Its still cheaper than waiting.

put the new phone on the shelf for two weeks, then port your number. Or have your Verizon number forward until contract's up and you port it to ATT. Either one would still save you money.

I thought about that, but when I tried talking to AT&T, they said they wouldn't port my old number once they'd given me a new number. Maybe the customer service rep didn't understand me, or maybe I misunderstood him... We'll see.
