Logitech Revue seeing much needed update to Netflix app
If you are a fan of Google TV and rock Logitech’s little Revue in your entertainment set up, get ready for a dramatic improvement to your experience. Scott from Satellite Guys shot a video of the new and improved Netflix app the other day, which should be hitting the rest of our units before too long.
Clearly, the app that shipped with the Revue was intended to serve as little more than a launch placeholder until the complete app came together. With it, you could only watch content that had already been added to your queue, and you needed to access the Netflix website via Chrome to search and add new titles. No more: the updated app behaves as you want it to; as you’d expect it to; and, as it should:

The Logitech Revue has become my sweetest toy! I have mine integrated with my DVR and completely enjoy how vast my theme searches have become. I work for DISH Network so I was one of the first to test out the revue and never had any qualms with it then. I’m glad the Netflix app was resolved, but I’m mostly excited to see what new things will come out to make my entertainment experience even better than it already is.
