Sony’s Google TV products win a CES Best Innovations award
Sony was honored today with a CES Best Innovations Award for their Internet Television and Blu-ray products featuring Google TV. Sony’s offerings ranked among approximately two dozen products in the list, which acknowledges breakout products with new technology or that re-imagine the applications of existing technology.

I love my Google TV, it does not surprise me that these products were selected this year. Working at DISH Network I had seen Google TV prior to launch and thought I knew what to expect, but man I was wrong. I bought a Logitech Revue before Christmas, paid $179.00 for it through DISH, and I love it, the keyboard remote is durable and it runs my DISH receiver, the Revue, my TV, and my stereo. I put the other remotes under the keyboard so it has something to sit upon. And the searches using the GoogleTV not only search the internet but it will also search my receiver for any relevant matches to my search.
