It was just five days ago here on DroidDog when we first brought you news that Best Buy would be dropping the price of the Sprint Galaxy Tab to $299 with a two-year contract. At the time we still weren’t sure whether or not the change in pricing would be reflected by Sprint or if it was a Best Buy exclusive, but we now know that Sprint is indeed going to make the price drop as well.
The official price for a Samsung Galaxy Tab from Sprint is going to be $299 on a two-year contract, so long as you grab a data plan of $30 (2GB) to $60 (5GB) along with it.
Last time we posed this question, the answer was a pretty clear cut no, but maybe now that you’ve had some time to think it over – Is $299 enough to make you sign away your tablet related freedom for two years? Let us know in the comments below.
