Hot on the heels of HTC and Best Buy’s announcement of the HTC Flyer, Digitimes has published a story saying that HTC is going to be releasing two more tablets this summer.
Obtained from a touch-pannel supplier, Digitimes has it on good word that come this summer, there will be not one, but two bigger, better, faster tablets from HTC running on Honeycomb. Both tablets are rumored to release under the Flyer name when they break cover in mid-2011.
Unfortunately, not much else is known right now. A 10-inch tablet certainly makes sense for HTC as that seems to be the industry standard size. The company is already late to the game with their 7-inch Flyer, so it should come as no surprise to hear they’re working hard to release something a little more on-par with other Android tablets currently available.
