In a move that could help bolster Sony’s game sales exponentially, the gaming giant is going to make their PlayStation Suite available on Tegra based devices in the near future.
Specific devices with compatibility haven’t been announced yet, but as the Playstation Suite is noting more than a “hardware-neutral game framework,” expect to it make the rounds. One could take this announcement as a precursor to Sony using Tegra chips in their devices. With the widespread availability of processor, this is highly likely.
Also announced today is the future inclusion of PlayStation 2 titles into the Suite. Since its inception, we’ve only seen PSOne titles available for Android, but that’s slated to change.
Be on the lookout for Sony’s PlayStation suite for Tegra based devices coming soon.
