The LG G2x carries on the torch the original G1 lit, and does it in style. Essentially an LG Optimus 2x, the G2x comes with a 1GHz Tegra dual-core processor, stock Android 2.2, an 8MP camera with LED flash, a front-facing camera, HSPA+, 8GB internal memory, and a 4-inch touch display.
The only release date information we have is a “spring” window, but we hope to know more by the end of CTIA.
Announced (again) alongside the G2x is the LG G-Slate.
Just in case you’ve already forgot, the G-Slate is an 8.9-inch Honeycomb based tablet with 3D capabilities. The G-Slate is going to run you “$529.99 after $100 mail-in-rebate card with a qualifying mobile broadband plan on two-year agreement, voice line and enrollment in EasyPay.” More on that to come.
