So you think T-Mobile releasing their own brand of VoIP through Facebook is a big deal today? Just wait until tomorrow. Not only will we finally see the retail release of the LG G2X, but the Sidekick 4G and LG G-Slate will be right there with it. Are you looking to grab one of these awesome handsets? Here’s a rundown:
Coming in with vanilla Android and a 1GHz Tegra 2 dual-core processor, the LG G2X is going to be one handset that’ll be hard to beat. Other key features on the $199 on a two-year contract device include a 4-inch display, 8MP rear-facing camera, front-facing camera, and of course, access to T-Mobile’s 4G network.

Appealing to teens and screen kickin’ diehards, T-Mobile’s signature Sidekick series is back with a new OS and a familiar look. Still sporting that excellent physical keyboard that keeps SK fans coming back, the Sidekick 4G comes with a custom build of Android 2.2 powered by a 1GHz Hummingbird processor, along with a 3.5-inch “pop tilt” display, 4G, and a front-facing camera.

Oddly enough, the official release date for the LG G-Slate wasn’t announced until today. There was good reason to believe the Honeycomb powered tablet would release tomorrow, and now it’s official. Those of you looking to plunk down $529 with two years of your life will get to enjoy a 3D capable 8.9-inch display, a 1GHz Tegra 2 dual-core processor, Honeycomb, stereoscopic cameras for capturing images in 3D, and 4G.
