Over the past week, there has been several different stories circulating the web on the future of the Motorola Droid Bionic. While a trusted insider from Howard Forums says the device is canned, and will be replaced with something similar, a Motorola spokeswoman has stepped up to comment on the matter with these words:

Based on compelling feedback since the show, we are incorporating several enhancements to make this an even better consumer experience.

Apparently, there are a few things that need adjusting with the Bionic, be it hardware of software related, that will push the launch to late Q2, early Q3. Looks like the Bionic is far from dead, but far from ready. We’ll be keeping an eye out for any more info as it’s made available.
