Droid X 2, LG Revolution, and Xperia Play all slapped with rumored release dates
Everyone ready for their daily rumored-release-date-extravaganza? Droid-Life has received word today that not only will the HTC Trophy, a WP7 device, be shipping this May on Verizon, but so will three long-awaited Android handsets: The Droid X 2, LG Revolution, and Xperia Play.
Slated to land as Verizon’s first Tegra 2 device, and the first Android device with Netflix preinstalled, the Droid X 2 and LG Revolution are both expected to hit retail shelves on May 12th. As for the Xperia Play, the PlayStation Phone will be coming in two weeks later than the DX2 and Revolution on May 26th.
If these dates hold any weight behind them, expect to see things get official any second now.

Hey Verizon how about releasing a phone that actually caters to the spec junkies & not just releasing 12 phones that only cater to people who don't care how their phone looks or how powerful it is. It would be nice for Verizon to catch up to the other carriers & release a phone that is as good or better than the Atrix, G2, Evo3D. What's that you say Bionic who? Oh that Moto phone that was the slightly retarded cousin of Atrix. Oh yeah I said compete with our better not similar, but still inferior.
