It’s starting to look more and more like May 26 is the designated date to make Verzon user’s dreams come true. The Xperia Play will finally go on sale that day, along with the rather beastly Droid X2, and now the LG Revolution.
Coming in with a 1GHz processor, 4.3-inch screen, 5MP rear camera, 1.3MP front-facing camera, HDMI-out, Qi wireless charging, and Android 2.2 slathered with a healthy serving of “LG User Interface,” the LG Revolution is the first Verizon handset that can boast access to the company’s LTE 4G network, while still relying on Bing services to get you through the day. Perhaps enough to get over that Bing inclusion, is the fact the the Revolution comes Netflix ready right out of the box. It may not seem like much, but that’s sure to sell some units as it’s advertised as an exclusive feature to the general consumer.
Stay tuned for more coverage on the LG Revolution once the handset makes its way onto retail shelves on May 26.
