With Google I/O poised to rule the headlines this week, the next couple days are going to be huge for Android fans. As a good sign of things to come, Sprint has released three killer devices in the last two days: the Nexus S 4G, the Samsung Replenish, and the Motorola Xoom.
The Nexus S 4G has been the subject of many a post here at DroidDog, and the pure-Google experience device is finally available for $199.99 on a two-year contract.
Considerably less popular than the Nexus S 4G, but sure to find it’s target audience, the Samsung Replenish is available today for only $49.99 on a two-year contract. Made from 82% recyclable materials, the Replenish comes in with Android 2.2, a 2.8-inch display, 600 MHz processor, 2MP camera, and full front-facing QWERTY keyboard.
Certainly the most expensive of the three devices, you can now walk into a Sprint store and plunk down $600 to call a Motorola Xoom you very own. Interestingly enough, the Sprint Xoom is no different than the WiFi only Xoom, it’s just one more way to help get the slate in as many hands as possible.
