T-Mobile’s HSPA+ network has gone from a selling point to an absolute requirement for competitive Androids in a matter of months. And this August, Magenta will see the fastest HSPA+ device in their line-up yet: the 42Mbps rockin’ Samsung Hercules. The speed doesn’t stop with the network, either. This Gingerbread-packing beast will feature a dual core 1.2GHz Qualcomm processor, 16GB of ROM and 1GB of RAM. It will also rock one of those swanky Super AMOLED Plus displays that have me appreciating the Droid Charge so much this week. An 8MP cam with 1080p video capture is also on board, and the video will be played back over Micro-USB.
