LG Enlighten breaks cover, may land on Verizon August 25

If you’re interested in seeing what the rumored LG Gelato Q QWERTY slider really looks like, along with a final retail name, then you’re dreams have finally been answered. In a report from Pocketnow, the latest mid-range device from LG has finally broken cover, with full Verizon branding to go along with it. Rumors suggest that the handset could launch as early as August 25th, but nothing is official (as usual).

As for the device itself, we’re looking at a phone with an 800MHz processor under the hood and has a 3.2-inch HVGA touchscreen display. It will be running Gingerbread right out of the box, though, so that’s something to note. There is a 3.2MP camera around the back, but no flash. And with the box, you’ll get yourself a 2GB microSD card to store all those photos you’ll be taking in the daytime. As we mentioned above, the handset is rumored to launch on the 25th of August, and will probably see a price around $100. Anyone interested?

If the internal memory is like my LG Ally I'm not at all interested. Since not all Apps can go to the SD card the lack of internal memory on the Ally has been a disappointment though the QWERTY keyboard is the best I've seen.

If the internal memory is anything like my LG Ally, then I'm not interested. Ally has been great low end android phone but limited internal memory drives me crazy
