There are certainly all sorts of ways to get a leak. When it comes to a leak from Verizon, the wireless carrier’s Infocenter is usually a sure-fire way to figure out when a device will launch. While there have been some inaccuracies in the past, the resource is generally pretty accurate. This time around, we’re seeing the Motorola DROID Bionic pop up once again, toting a release date that we’re all becoming so very familiar with.
Let’s keep in mind that Verizon is still playing the silent party here. While the DROID Bionic has just recently made an appearance on Verizon’s homepage (again), we’re still waiting for the carrier to come forward and actually tell us when the device will land on store shelves. If the above image from Verizon’s Infocenter is to be believed, then it looks like you should circle that September 8th date again. Keep that salt shaker in the other hand, of course, but as it stands right now it seems September 8th is going to be a day to remember for anyone looking to get their hands on a new 4G LTE-capable device.
