Now that we’re right around the corner from seeing one of the most advanced versions of Android land in the market, people are wondering when, or even if, their device will get upgraded. If you happen to own a Samsung-branded Android device, or plan to own one (not counting the Galaxy Nexus), then you may want to check this list first before you spend your hard earned cash.
According to AndroidHD, a list of Samsung-branded devices has made its way onto the Internet. The report comes from Samsung Italy, which means it would seem that it would be pretty accurate. According to the list, devices that will see the update are:
- Galaxy Note
- Galaxy SII
- Galaxy Tab 10.0
- Galaxy Tab 8.9
- Galaxy Tab 7.7
- Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus
So, Samsung is keeping the Ice Cream Sandwich update close to the vest this time around, or so it seems. It’s noteworthy to see that the DROID Charge isn’t on the list, but stranger things have happened. We’ll have to wait and see how all this pans out, or if there will be any other devices added to the list.
