Motorol Admiral shows off its QWERTY keyboard

Motorola’s keeping up the Android stock. While we’re still waiting for a release date and pricing, we’ll have to take what we can get for now. And for those of you out there still looking to get your hands on an Android-powered device that features the same body style as the BlackBerry form factor, with that prominent QWERTY keyboard right up front, the Admiral may just be what you’re looking for.

The device is the same device we’ve seen in the past. It still features that 3.1-inch VGA capacitive touchscreen display; a 1.2GHz Qualcomm MSM 8655 processor; a 5MP camera around back; an 1860mAh battery; and Android 2.3. And yes, it will feature Sprint’s Direct Connect. While the image may only be a tease for someone who is actually looking forward to the device, at least it’s better than nothing, right?
