Sometimes, the rumor mill is quick to the show, while other times it’s the manufacturer or carrier that’s quick to move on leaks. We just told you how the Huawei SpringBoard leaked onto the Internet via T-Mobile’s official website, and now the carrier has not only made it official, but also the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1.
Of course, there are some minor changes in store. First up, the Huawei SpringBoard is now known as the T-Mobile SpringBoard with Google. It features a 7-inch display, a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 5MP rear-facing camera with a 1.3MP front-facing shooter, and Android 3.2 right out of the box. It will have 16GB of built-in storage, with a microSD card slot that will hold a 32GB card. It will also have 4G-connectivity. There’s no word on what the device will cost, though. It will be on the shelves in time for the holiday shopping season.
As for the Galaxy Tab 10.1, it’s the same story we’ve seen before. A 10.1-inch display, a 1GHz dual-core Tegra 2 processor, and a rear- and front-facing camera. It will also feature Android 3.2, and T-Mobile 4G-connectivity. There’s no word on pricing quite yet, but it will be on retail shelves in time for the holidays.
