Samsung Nexus Prime lands in the FCC, showcases AT&T and T-Mobile bands

While we aren’t going to get an announcement for the Samsung Nexus Prime in just a couple of days, that’s obviously not going to stop the attention on the device. Especially when it lands in the FCC and passes through the gauntlet, showcasing some interesting information. If you’ve been paying attention to the Nexus Prime, then you know that there’s been plenty of talk about where the device will land when it does finally land in retail stores. This may spice things up a bit.

There isn’t much information to go on, as it’s just an FCC filing, but we can see that the device, with a model number GT-i9250, has indeed passed through the necessary channels, and come out showing off AT&T and T-Mobile-friendly bands. With talk that the Samsung Nexus Prime, or sometimes known as the Galaxy Nexus, would be a Verizon Wireless exclusive, this does indeed add a bit of spice to the debate before the official launch. Are we going to see a launch on all networks? It’s possible. We’ll just have to wait and see.

I looked at the Nexus Galaxy at the store and found the speakers to be rather weak in comparison with the iphone 4S. Was not impressed by that and also, its built seems a bit cheap. Like it could break easily while you carry it in you pocket. The OS and screen on the other hand seem pretty good. But then again, I'm not one of those guys who carry their phone on the belt. (size)

Glad I haven't purchased the GSII yet. Was going too as soon as I read that that Verizon was supposedly getting the Prime first. Guess I'll wait to see what comes of this...
