One of the more unique ways to find out about a future handset’s impending release on a network is the Cellebrite system. Considering how archaic it looks, not many would think the old messaging and contacts syncing tool would be much good in talking about future phones. Fortunately, it is. Just like we’re seeing today, with the listing of not only the Vigor by HTC, but also the Samsung Nexus Prime and the Motorola DROID RAZR.
According to the leak sent into Droid-Life while we’re seeing only one image with the Samsung Nexus Prime listed, there were two other devices thrown in for good measure, too. The Nexus Prime is listed as having a model number of SPH-i515, which goes right along with what we’ve heard in the past. As for the Motorola DROID RAZR, that’s packing a model number XT912, while the Vigor by HTC has the model number PH98100. All of these model numbers, ready to sync with Cellebrite right now coincide with we’ve heard in the past. So, it looks like we’re nearing a launch date, even if Verizon is staying quiet on the whole thing.
