Motorola Xoom gets OTA update, includes pay-as-you-go option
Any early adopters of Google’s tablet OS who happen to own the Motorola Xoom on Verizon Wireless have a little surprise waiting for them. An update is being pushed that allows them to use pay-as-you-go options to purchase data over Verizon’s LTE network. Now it isn’t any Ice Cream Sandwich, but should make some customers very happy. The update shouldn’t take long for owners to download and install, as it’s only 8.9MB. If you don’t see it quite yet, don’t worry, as it’s rolling out over the next few weeks. Any owners get the update? Do you like the new feature?
