Samsung Galaxy Nexus available at Negri Electronics if you want the GSM unlocked version
We’ve already seen the GSM unlocked version of the Samsung Galaxy Nexus pop up on other retailer sites, and we’ve seen the device be made available here in the States at others. The handset is available in other markets, after all. We’re just waiting for the official release by Verizon, here locally. But, if you just can’t wait to get your hands on the 4G LTE-equipped version for Big Red’s network, then you’re probably looking for the GSM unlocked version.
Negri Electronics has you covered, as they’ve got the device available right now. Interestingly enough, though, the handset is actually going for $769.50 at this particular digital retailer. What is also noteworthy though, is that they have the device listed at $869.50 for its regular price. That seems remarkably steep, but there’s no denying our phones are getting more expensive, is there?
Also worth making a comment about, is that Negri Electronics now has the Verizon-based version of the Galaxy Nexus listed. We had heard from the company’s twitter account that they’d have the device in stock by the 9th of December, and their site now reflects that, with that being the expected ship date. So it looks like they are still pretty confident on that particular day of the month.
Cross your fingers, and try to use a dry-erase marker when you mark your calendar — just in case.
Where is the GSM HSPA+ 32GB model...with no SD card the 16GB model will not suffice for most of us who want more memory on ur devices. With the 16GB version u only get about 13GB usable...that's not enough. These Super devices (or pocket computers) ought to come with ample internal memory and also the ability to expand memory for those who have the need to...instead of handcuffing them with such limitations.
