Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus for T-Mobile going on sale November 16 for $249.99

We’ve known for a little bit of time now that the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus was heading to T-Mobile USA thanks to plenty of leaks and rumors, but now the Magenta carrier has decided to make things official. And for those of you out there who have been eagerly anticipating getting your hands on the vastly improved 7-inch tablet, you’ll be happy to know that you don’t have long to wait to get it.

The Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, as we’ve talked about before, is based on the original design that launched some time ago. However, under the hood the specifications have been upgraded. You’ll find a 1.2GHz dual-core processor for one, and since T-Mobile is launching it with a carrier subsidy, you’ll have access to the wireless network’s HSPA+ network for when you’re not around a WiFi hotspot. Other specs include a 3MP rear-facing camera and a 2MP front-facing shooter. There’s 16GB of built-in storage, and a microSD card slot to expand that if you so desire. And, as you can see from the image above, it does come with Samsung’s TouchWiz UI for tablets.

The updated 7-inch tablet will land in stores on November 16th, and will run you $249.99 after a $50 mail-in rebate, and you sign that new, two-year contract, and 20 monthly payments of $10. The full press release is below.
