You read that right, Best Buy launched a page for the Samsung Nexus Prime (not the Galaxy Nexus) on Verizon Wireless. Priced at $299.99 on-contract, it seems on par with most other high-end LTE devices currently available on Verizon. If anyone is looking to go the off-contract route, it’ll ring in at a steep $799.99.
There was never a Nexus Prime announced for Verizon, and the phone in the product picture appears to be the Galaxy Nexus. This was probably just a screw up on Best Buy’s part, as they have been known for posting incorrect product names. Either way, we now having the pricing. It does seem rather fair, as a 32GB iPhone goes for the same price, and the LTE version of the Galaxy Nexus includes 32GB of storage. Which name do you prefer? Is the pricing too much?
