If you’re a Sprint customer you’ve undoubtedly noticed the recent network issues. Reports of abysmal data speeds have been flooding Sprint sites since before the iPhone 4S was launched. Now we’re hearing from SprintFeed that a Northeast 4G outage has been going on since November 17th. Mark Hearn from SprintFeed reached out to Sprint for some answers on the outage and received this reply:
There is no known disruption with our 4G service. We’re still gathering information to determine the cause of the issue some of our customers are experiencing. We ask that they be patient at this time and encourage them to contact customer care so we can more accurately determine the root cause.
We have to admit that sounds a little off since this is a known issue for so many people. We’ll keep watching as the story develops. Is anyone experiencing this outage?
