Motorola DROID Xyboard for Verizon has price leaked ahead of launch

Today has been quite the day for Motorola leaks. An internal Verizon MAP (minimum advertised price) document has shown us that the unofficial Droid Xyboard will be priced at $429.99 on contract for the 16GB version, while $529.99 will snag you the 32GB model. As far as release date goes, the document tells us it could be sometime in mid-December.

The Xyboard should be very similar to the European Xoom 2 Media Edition, featuring a 8.2″ screen, 1.2GHz dual-core processor, and 1GB of RAM, with the exception that it will most likely have an LTE radio inside. Verizon still hasn’t officially announced the tablet, so for all we know it could be something completely different. Excited for another oddly named Motorola tablet? Or are you sticking with another tablet? Let us know in the comments!
