DroidMote app used to control Grand Theft Auto 3, gives dual analog sticks
One of the lesser known apps in the Android Market, called DroidMote, features the ability to use one Android device as the analog sticks for another device. Some games can take advantage of this, allowing users with two Android devices better gameplay. The Market’s newest blockbuster game, Grand Theft Auto 3, can now take advantage of this fun app. Watch the video below to get a better idea.
The app can be purchased for free, but to fully utilize its abilities you must purchase the companion DroidMote server app. Grand Theft Auto uses one analog stick to move the player, and the other to control buttons. From what we’ve seen it looks like a may require a bit of a learning curve, so think carefully before making a purchase. If you do end up getting it, test it out and let us know what you think in the comments!
