We’re all about the thin phones now-a-days, which is why the Motorola DROID RAZR was as popular as it was. It only launched last month, but it looks like the device’s time in the lime light due to its remarkably thing profile have come to an end, thanks to Fujitsu-Toshiba and Japanese telecommunications company, KDDI au. And, as you can imagine, the biggest selling point of the device is just how thin it is. And, it’s really thin.
The new Fujitsu-Toshiba ARROWS ES IS12F (that’s a mouthful), boasts a profile that measures in at only 6.7mm thick. That’s not the only high-end specification on the phone, though: the ARROWS ES also features a 4-inch NEW AMOLED display, which features a resolution of 480×800 and a 100,000:1 contrast ratio. It features a 1.4GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8655 CPU, 512MB of ROM and 1GB of RAM. The body is waterproof. There’s a 5MP rear-facing camera, and a microSDHC slot. The device will launch with Android 2.3.5.
It is expected to launch next month in Japan.
