HTC Sensation gets a taste of Ice Cream Sandwich with new ROM

If you have an HTC Sensation and you’re rooted, you may want to head on over to XDA to find some Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich goodness waiting for you over there. The fine developers within the RCTeam have released the very first test build for Android 4.0.1 and HTC Sense for the device. And, as far as it looks for right now, the ROM is perfectly usable and comes with plenty of new features.

As you can see from the image above, the first thing you’ll notice is the ability to launch into Folders, and not just a single application now. Once you get past the lock screen, though, you’ll notice that the familiar Sense UI menu bar on the bottom has been replaced with a standard looking dock, with some slight aesthetic tweaks.

Go ahead and move through the source link below to get more information, and go through the process if you’re willing to check out an early test build.
