Motorola RAZR in line to receive software update

If you are an owner of the international version of Motorola’s remarkably thin phone, the RAZR, then you’ll be happy to know that you’re in line to receive a software update. No, it isn’t Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, but it will provide your phone with plenty of new enhancements, and should rid your phone of a few bugs, too.

The update should be arriving any day now, if your phone hasn’t already arrived, that is. It will bring your software version to 651.73.30, and it’s an over the air (OTA) update. As for locations where the update is being sent, here’s where you should expect it:

  • Czech Republic
  • Finland
  • Hungary
  • Italy
  • Denmark
  • Luxembourg
  • The Netherlands
  • Poland
  • Norway
  • Serbia
  • Sweden
  • Spain
  • Slovakia
  • The UK
  • Romania
  • Greece

Also, for those of you who picked up the phone under SFR France or T-Mobile in Germany, the update will be headed your way, too. Head on through the source link below from Motorola to learn more details about the update.
