The Huawei Honor was officially announced last month, and with it the showcase of Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich running on the device. So while plenty of people were already excited to get their hands on the high-end device, that little bit of news was just icing on the cake.
And now the wait is over. The Honor is finally shipping in China, and yes, Ice Cream Sandwich is on board right out of the box. The phone is available through China Unicom, but not the all-white version. As far as features go, you’re looking at 4-inches of a FWVGA display with a resolution of 480×854. There’s a single-core 1.4GHz processor under the hood, an 8MP rear-facing camera, and a front-facing camera for good measure. There’s 512MB of RAM tucked inside. It will also have 3G, WiFi, GPS and an FM radio. The battery is measured at 1,930mAh battery, and 4GB of internal memory.
